Game Components

  1. Music Clips:
    • A playlist or collection of short clips (5-15 seconds) from the intros of various songs. These clips can come from a variety of genres and eras, depending on the preferences of the group.
  2. Playback Device:
    • A device to play the music clips, such as a smartphone, computer, or speaker system.
  3. Scorepad:
    • To keep track of each player’s or team’s points.
  4. Buzzers or Bells (optional):
    • Players can use these to indicate when they know the answer. If you don’t have buzzers, players can simply shout out their answers.

Objective

The goal of “Spot The Intro” is to correctly identify the title and/or artist of the song based on hearing just the intro. The player or team with the most correct answers at the end of the game wins.
